What is Hopwear?
Hopwear is a brewery T-shirt club. Members receive an exclusive tee tied to a featured brewery on a recurring schedule (typically monthly, depending on the plan).
Are the shirts exclusive?
Yes. Each drop is designed as a one-time release. Once that month’s drop ends, we don’t restock that design.
Is this a subscription?
Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prepaid plans are paid upfront and do not auto-renew.

Membership & Billing

When will I be charged?
Monthly plans are charged at checkout, then again on your recurring billing date each cycle unless you skip or cancel before that date. Prepaid plans are charged once at checkout.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. You can skip your next drop from your customer account.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You can cancel from your customer account.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can manage your membership from your customer account.
Can I get more than one shirt in a month?
Yes. You can purchase multiple memberships if you’d like more than one shirt per drop.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my first shirt ship?
Most first orders ship shortly after you join (business days). You’ll receive tracking when it ships.
When do monthly shirts ship?
Drops ship on a monthly cadence. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
What carrier do you use?
Most orders ship via USPS, though we may use other carriers depending on destination and package type.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and options appear at checkout.
My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have it — what now?
Check your mailbox/parcel locker, ask neighbors, and allow 24 hours for updates. If it still hasn’t shown up, email us and we’ll help.

Size & Fit

What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes. Exact availability can vary slightly by drop.
Can I change my shirt size?
Yes. Update your size in your customer account before your next shipment processes.
I’m between sizes — what should I do?
If you prefer a roomier fit, size up. If you like a more fitted look, stick with your usual size.

Exchanges, Returns & Order Issues

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?
Email us with your order email and the size you need. We’ll help with an exchange.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order email and a photo. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Because drops are produced and fulfilled on a schedule, processed subscription orders aren’t refundable. If something’s wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll help..

Gifts

Can I gift a membership?
Yes. The simplest option is a gift card so the recipient can choose their size and shipping details.
How do gift cards work?
Buy a gift card, send the code to the recipient, and they’ll apply it at checkout.
Can I gift a single shirt instead of a membership?
Yes. Email us and we’ll point you to the best option for what you’re trying to do.

Breweries & Collaborations

Do you work directly with the breweries?
Yes — each drop is created in collaboration with the featured brewery.
Can a featured brewery order extras as staff shirts?
Yes. We can arrange extras for staff or merch depending on timing and quantities.
Will featured breweries stay on the site after the drop?
Yes. Past collaborations appear in a “Past Drops” section, even when designs aren’t available for purchase.
