2. Products & Availability
Hopwear offers limited-run apparel, including subscription-based products. All designs are exclusive and produced in limited quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed, and colors or sizing may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Hopwear, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Charges are processed automatically and do not require additional approval for each order.

4. Billing & Payments
Subscription billing occurs automatically on or around the billing date listed in your customer account. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping may apply. Failed payments may result in delayed shipments, paused subscriptions, or cancellation.

5. Managing, Skipping & Cancelling Subscriptions
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your customer account dashboard. Skips or cancellations must be completed before the stated billing cutoff date. Changes made after the cutoff apply to the following billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the limited-run and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final once processed. Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Hopwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is shipped.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of Hopwear, LLC or its partners and may not be used without written permission.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hopwear, LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.
